As both the founder and lead attorney of this practice, I have spent more than 18 years building a firm dedicated to standing up for individuals whose lives were upended by accidents and negligence. My dual role as owner and advocate allows me to shape every aspect of how clients are treated, from their very first call to the final resolution of their case.

I built this firm around a simple principle: injured people deserve a powerful voice against well-resourced insurance companies, and that voice should never be diluted by corporate bureaucracy. As owner, I have full control over how cases are handled, ensuring every client receives the attention and dedication they deserve.

My case experience includes car accidents, medical malpractice, slip-and-fall injuries, and workplace accidents, having recovered more than fifty million dollars in settlements and verdicts for the people I represent. Running my own practice means I can take on cases purely based on merit, never turning away a deserving client due to outside pressures.
